Core Launch

Core Launch is the lead-to-quote-to-invoice foundation.

Core Launch is designed to get the first useful operating flow live, not to turn on every capability at once. The first launch should give the team a useful operating flow. It starts with intake, lead ownership, follow-up activities, customer records, quotes, invoice handoff, users, permissions, starter owner visibility, and launch training. From there, WindWeaver can add jobs, documents, scheduling, reporting, portals, inventory, accounting handoff, integrations, and custom workflows in focused phases.

A minimal core system can often be stood up within a few business days after access and information are available. First-workflow refinement commonly continues over the following 2-4 weeks depending on complexity, client responsiveness, data cleanup, and requested changes.

Each step carries context forward.

A lead becomes an opportunity. The opportunity carries notes and follow-up into the quote. The approved quote can become a job, project, or invoice handoff. Invoices, payment status, and owner reports stay tied to the original customer story.

Monthly plans are not just support hours.

The monthly plan determines how actively WindWeaver helps manage, improve, and guide the system after launch.

Care keeps the system supported. Improve keeps the system getting better. Partner helps decide what to improve next.

Focused rollouts

Focused rollouts add more capability when the value is clear.

After Core Launch, WindWeaver can add larger suite areas in focused phases. Most focused rollouts are one-time setup and tailoring projects. Once live, they become part of the managed system. The monthly care plan does not automatically increase unless the added capability changes support load, usage, complexity, outside services, or service level.

Common next steps after Core Launch

Most companies do not need every rollout at once. The next step is usually the area where clarity will matter fastest.

Owner Visibility & Reporting

Best when the owner needs to see stale quotes, overdue follow-ups, unpaid invoices, missing information, and ready-to-bill work.

Jobs, Projects & Field Work

Best when approved work needs status, assignments, scheduling, notes, photos, waiting reasons, and ready-to-bill tracking.

Documents, Agreements & Portals

Best when files, approvals, agreements, document requests, and selected outside-user access are scattered.

Communication & Activity Tracking

Best when follow-up, reminders, messages, and next actions are spread across inboxes, phones, and memory.

Why this can beat stacking SaaS tools.

Separate tools for CRM, quoting, scheduling, documents, reporting, messaging, inventory, portals, and billing handoff can become expensive fast, especially when each one adds user limits or per-seat pricing. WindWeaver is priced around the managed system and the work needed to make it useful, not around charging every normal team member for another login.

Typical SaaS stack

  • Separate tools for CRM, quotes, jobs, documents, scheduling, inventory, portals, reporting, and messaging
  • Per-user or user-limited plans
  • Setup mostly left to the business
  • Fixed workflows
  • Limited customization
  • More bills as the team grows

WindWeaver

  • One managed business suite for connected daily work
  • Normal team use included
  • Setup and training handled
  • Focused capability rollouts instead of everything at once
  • Workflows can be shaped around the business
  • Custom changes available
  • Built to replace scattered tools, not add another one

Positioning

Where WindWeaver fits

WindWeaver is not trying to be another rigid field-service app or a do-it-yourself business platform. It sits in the middle: broad business-suite capability, managed setup, focused rollout, deep customization, and normal team use without per-user SaaS pricing.

Pricing FAQ

The published amounts are starting prices. They assume a focused, practical rollout with clean scope. Larger workflows, data cleanup, advanced approvals, third-party integrations, portals, custom modules, or unusual business rules are scoped before work begins.
