Core Launch is the lead-to-quote-to-invoice foundation.
Core Launch is designed to get the first useful operating flow live, not to turn on every capability at once. The first launch should give the team a useful operating flow. It starts with intake, lead ownership, follow-up activities, customer records, quotes, invoice handoff, users, permissions, starter owner visibility, and launch training. From there, WindWeaver can add jobs, documents, scheduling, reporting, portals, inventory, accounting handoff, integrations, and custom workflows in focused phases.
A minimal core system can often be stood up within a few business days after access and information are available. First-workflow refinement commonly continues over the following 2-4 weeks depending on complexity, client responsiveness, data cleanup, and requested changes.
Each step carries context forward.
A lead becomes an opportunity. The opportunity carries notes and follow-up into the quote. The approved quote can become a job, project, or invoice handoff. Invoices, payment status, and owner reports stay tied to the original customer story.

Focused rollouts add more capability when the value is clear.
After Core Launch, WindWeaver can add larger suite areas in focused phases. Most focused rollouts are one-time setup and tailoring projects. Once live, they become part of the managed system. The monthly care plan does not automatically increase unless the added capability changes support load, usage, complexity, outside services, or service level.
