Security is handled as an ongoing care topic, not a one-time checkbox. When a managed system changes, access, configuration, backups, and provider choices may need to be reviewed as part of normal system care.
Access and Permissions
Access should be limited to the people who need it for their role. WindWeaver Solutions can help configure roles, permissions, views, and practical user access patterns so teams can work without exposing more information than needed.
Clients are responsible for telling WindWeaver Solutions when users join, leave, change roles, or should no longer have access.
Providers, Hosting, and Backups
Provider and hosting choices may vary by project scope. Some systems may use different hosting, messaging, email, storage, signing, or integration providers depending on business needs, budget, compliance expectations, and technical fit.
Backups and recovery planning are handled as part of system care where applicable. Backup frequency, retention, recovery expectations, and special data requirements should be discussed before they are relied on for critical operations.
Shared Responsibility
No website, hosted system, email account, password, backup process, provider, or internet-connected service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, uninterrupted, or immune from data loss.
Clients remain responsible for using strong passwords, protecting devices, approving user access, following internal procedures, reviewing important outputs, and sharing security or compliance requirements before implementation decisions are made.
